Lost & Found Reporting

Please report your lost property here and we will get back to you at our soonest possible with the findings. We do not take any responsibility or accept any liability for any item(s) that you may lose during your visit or stay with us. We urge you to take all care of your belongings and in particular your valuables including cash and identification documents.

Quality Hotel Bayswater keeps lost & found items for three months before discarding them appropriately and some items are given away to charity. We do have an internal policy of giving some valuable item(s) found that are unclaimed for up to three months to the staff member who found it as a loyalty reward.

Any identification documents, wallets etc are handed at the local Police Station within 24 hours of being found and not claimed. To report a lost property to WA Police, please click here.
